1 pie shell
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. quick oats
1 c. dark syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together butter and sugar. Add cinnamon, cloves and salt. Stir in syrup. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring after each until blended. Stir in oats. Pour in shell and bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
