CHICKEN DIVAN 
6 chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. light cream
1 c. diced Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. dry white wine
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Boil breasts until almost tender. Parboil broccoli; drain well and place in buttered casserole. Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour, salt, pepper and broth, stirring to boiling point. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook 5 minutes.

Place chicken over broccoli and add sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
