CHICKEN DIVAN 
6 chicken breasts (or get turkey from fresh meat deli and cut it into bite size pieces)
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
Mayonnaise
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Lemon juice
Saltine crackers
Parmesan cheese

Cook chicken in pan covered tightly with tin foil (350 degrees for 1 hour). Debone and cut up in bite size pieces. Cook broccoli about half way done. Mix together chicken soup, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 cup mayonnaise (mix well).

Layer broccoli first in bottom of 9 x 12 inch glass pan (arrange evenly). Then layer cooked and shredded chicken on top of broccoli. Pour soup/mayonnaise mixture evenly over chicken/broccoli in pan. Top with Parmesan cheese. Put 6 to 8 pats of butter at various spots over top of cheese.

Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes if cold or 30 minutes if at room temperature. Can be made ahead - great for casual company.
