CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
1 pkg. whole boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 lb. deli ham
2 oz. Swiss cheese
2 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated
1 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
Salt & pepper to taste
Toothpicks

Place opened breast flat on a plate. Put 1 slice ham on half. Then place a little of each cheese on top. Fold over other half of breast and place a toothpick every 1/2 inch around opening to seal breast. Add salt and pepper to beaten egg. Dip chicken into beaten egg and then dip into bread crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown. Remove toothpicks before serving. Makes 2 servings.
