CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4 chicken breasts, deboned
2 tbsp. cooking sherry
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
4 c. milk
2 tsp. chicken soup base
Thinly sliced ham
Mozzarella cheese

Wrap pieces of ham around a chunk of Mozzarella cheese and stuff in chicken breasts. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cook cornstarch, milk and soup base until thick. Then add cheese and wine and cook until cheese is melted. Pour over chicken breasts. Bake 1 hour.
