CHOCOLATE FUDGE CUPCAKES 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
8 tbsp. butter
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease or line muffin tins. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt together butter and chocolate. Then let cool.

Combine flour, sugar and eggs. Stir briskly until mixed. Blend in chocolate mixture and vanilla. Spoon batter into prepared pans filling half full. Bake for 20 minutes or until straw inserted in middle comes out clean. Remove from oven and turn onto rack to cool. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
