BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunch broccoli florets, cut in pieces
Variation: 1 bunch broccoli and 1 bunch cauliflower florets, cut in pieces
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked, cut in bits
3 tbsp. green onions, sliced
1/2 c. pecans, broken
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. raisins

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar (wine)
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine ingredients for dressing. Fold into vegetable mixture remainder of ingredients.
