MORAVIAN WHITE CHRISTMAS COOKIES 
2 c. butter
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 c. cream
1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in 4 tbsp. boiling water
8-10 c. flour

Cream butter, sugar, eggs. Stir in cooled soda mixture. Add flour alternately with cream. Dough should be stiff. Chill overnight. Roll thin, cut in shapes. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with colored sprinkles. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or just browned on bottom.
