2 c. flour, sifted
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. oil

Mix and add: 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. milk 2 eggs

Mix well and bake.

ICING FOR CAKE:

1 box powdered sugar
8 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. peanut butter
8 tbsp. milk
