LEMON CREAM BARS 
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. flour (if using self-rising omit baking powder)
1 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. butter

Mix the first 2 ingredients and set aside. Mix the remaining ingredients. Press 1/2 of the crumb mixture into a greased 13"x9" pan. Spread with lemon mixture. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
