LEMON CREME BARS 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. butter

Mix together Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice; set aside.

Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl. Put half on bottom, then above mixture and balance of 2nd part. Bake in 13"x9" pan for 25 to 30 minutes. Chill and cut.
