APPLE - CHEESE BAKE 
1 stick of butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, softened
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 can pie apples (not pie filling)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter and sugar. Add cheese and flour and mix with electric mixer until smooth. Butter an 8 x 8 inch baking dish and pour apples into dish. Spread cheese mixture over apples making sure to seal at sides and corners. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes uncovered.

NOTE: Any that might be leftover is delicious warmed in individual serving bowls the next morning.
