ITALIAN STUFFED SHELLS 
1 qt. tomato sauce
1 box jumbo shells
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 tsp. oregano
4 eggs
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. olive oil

Boil shells; drain, rinse and cool on wax paper. Cook garlic and ground beef in olive oil. Drain. Mix meat with all other ingredients. Stuff shells. Bake at 350 degrees.
