CHOCOLATE BEER CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. cake flour 1/3 c. butter 2 egg yolks 2 sq. chocolate 3/4 c. beer 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 2 egg whites Cream sugar and butter. Add egg yolks and beat well. Add chocolate. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Add dry ingredients with the 3/4 cup beer and the butter mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in whites. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. |
