ORIENTAL CHICKEN WINGS 
3-5 lbs. chicken wings
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 c. sugar
3-4 tbsp. cornstarch (or more to thicken)
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Soak wings 5-10 minutes (if you buy the frozen bags).

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Bake wings for 30 minutes (until done).

In small saucepan combine water, lemon juice and soy sauce; heat until it boils. Boil 3 minutes. Combine sugar, cornstarch and spices. Add to soy sauce mixture and cook until thick.

Brush sauce on wings and cook 15 minutes or put wings in a crock pot and pour the sauce over them.
