FARMER'S FAVORITE CREAMY
CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE
 
1 1/4-1 1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs (3 if eggs are sm.)
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. evaporated milk

Stir sugar and cocoa together and then mix well with rest of ingredients. This is better if pie shell is slightly browned in oven ahead of time, especially if frozen shell if used. Pour in mixed ingredients and bake in 275 degree oven until center of pie does not shake, about 45 minutes or less depending on oven.
