FAVORITE CHEESE CAKE 
1 lg. lemon Jello
1 (12 oz.) cream cheese
1 Cool Whip
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
Graham cracker crust

Can substitute any Jello.

Mix Jello and 1 cup water and let cool until soft set. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar and beat in Jello. Beat until light. Fold in Cool Whip and pour on crust. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Can top with strawberries, etc. Use 9"x13" pan.
