BREADED PORK CHOPS 
2 tbsp. yellow cornmeal
2 tbsp. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground sage
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika

Shake all ingredients in plastic or paper bag. Dip 4 chops, 1/2-3/4 inch thick into 1/4 cup milk. Shake each chop in coating mix, coating both sides. Bake on rack in shallow roasting pan in 425 degree oven until done and brown, 30-35 minutes.
