POKE SALAT 
Poke Salat greens
2 c. after boiled
1 c. chopped green onions
3 strips bacon
6 tbsp. oil
4 eggs

Wash thoroughly. Add water, boil 10 minutes; drain. Add fresh water and boil 20 minutes. Drain. Fry bacon; crumble and set aside. Fry pork salat in skillet with 6 tablespoons oil. Add onions and bacon. Fry 10 minutes. Add 4 eggs and scramble. Serve hot.
