SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
4 c. fresh cubed bread
2 tsp. milk

Cream sugar and butter. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Fold in pineapple, bread cubes and milk. Bake in greased casserole dish at 350°F for 1 hour.
