BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESECAKE BARS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch flavored morsels
1/2 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

In saucepan, melt morsels and butter. Stir in crumbs and nuts. Press 1/2 of mixture in 13 x 9 inch baking pan. In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Beat in Eagle Brand milk, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Top with remaining mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool to room temperature and chill before cutting.
