BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESE CAKE BARS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium pan melt morsels and butter. Stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half the mixture firmly in 13 x 9 inch pan.

In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, vanilla and egg. When mixed well pour over crumb mixture. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. When cool, cut into bars.
