ORANGE CREAM DRESSING 
1 tbsp. non caloric sweetener
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten

In a saucepan, combine the sweetener, lemon juice, orange juice, egg and salt. Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Transfer to bowl and chill thoroughly. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon over fruit salad.
