1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
Juice of 3 oranges and 3 lemons

SALAD:

Bananas
Pineap ple tidbits
Seedless red grapes, halved
Miniature marshmallows

Beat eggs well. Add sugar, lemon, and orange juice. Bring to boil in double boiler, stirring constantly. Mixture will not be too thick but will thicken as it cools. May be made a day ahead of time and keeps very well in refrigerator. Combine fruit and marshmallows. Pour dressing over and toss to coat. Delicious with turkey or ham dinners.
