SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 (10-oz.) boxes frozen chopped spinach
3/4 envelope Lipton's onion soup mix
1 c. sour cream
1 c. water chestnuts, chopped
1 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Cook spinach according to package directions. Mix spinach, soup mix, sour cream, and chestnuts--well! Spread in 9x13 casserole. Top with crumbs.

Bake at 325°F approximately 30 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown.
