QUICK 'N EASY SPAGHETTI AND
CHEESE
 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. red cross bite size spaghetti
4 tsp. butter
4 tsp. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 lb. American or Velveeta cheese, diced or grated (1 c.)

Cook spaghetti as directed; drain. Melt butter in heavy saucepan; blend in flour. Stir in milk slowly and cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add seasonings and cheese, stirring until cheese is melted. Add spaghetti. Mix well and transfer to a serving dish. Can sprinkle with paprika. Serve at once.
