2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
2-3 c. cooked rice
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 jar Jalapeno Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar mushrooms (optional)
1 med. onion, diced and sauteed

Cook broccoli according to directions on box. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350 degrees until hot through.
