PEACH FROST 
2 c. drained crushed peaches (fresh or canned)
3 c. skim milk
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 Maraschino cherries, well drained

In mixing bowl, blend all ingredients together with spoon. When sugar is dissolved pour in glass baking dish. Place in freezer. Stir every 15 minutes till frosty. Let freeze till serving time. Break up in mixing bowl. Beat with mixer till just frosty. Spoon into 6 sherbet dishes. Top with Maraschino cherry.
