Thick sliced bacon (from butcher)
Brown sugar

Set oven at 350 degrees. Arrange bacon sliced and cut into bite size pieces on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle brown sugar over bacon. Cook in 350 degree oven until crisp but not burnt!
