OVEN BAKED STEW 
2 lb. stew meat, cubed (do not brown)
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Potatoes
Carrots
Celery
Onion
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Pinch thyme (if desired)
Pinch rosemary (if desired)
Pinch marjoram (if desired)
Pepper

Mix ingredients together, adding desired amounts of potatoes, carrots, celery and onions. Place in large baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 4 to 5 hours at 325 degrees. Serves 8 generously.
