1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. green chiles, chopped 2 med. tomatoes, diced 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 c. heavy cream 4 oz. cream cheese Grate and heat in double boiler Velveeta and Cheddar. Saute second group of ingredients. Combine cream and cream cheese and heat until smooth. Combine all ingredients in double boiler and cook until all cheese has melted and blended together. |
