LUAU HAM 
1 lb. cubed ham
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. cubed pineapple
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. pineapple juice
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. cornstarch

Brown the ham and pepper in butter. Add pineapple and the rest of the ingredients for the sauce. Cook all ingredients slowly until mixture thickens (stir constantly). Serve over rice. Serves 4-6. This is good for leftover ham.
