PISTACHIO PUDDING DESSERT 
FIRST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Let crust cool.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix together and put on top of crust.

THIRD LAYER:

2 pkg. pistachio instant pudding (any kind of instant pudding)
3 c. milk
1 c. coconut (optional)

Mix together and put on top of second layer. Top with Cool Whip.
