ARTICHOKE SHRIMP SALAD 
Cook as directed and cool:

2 pkg. Chinese Rice-A-Roni with almonds

Slice or chop:

2 jars artichoke hearts (reserve marinate)
2 cans water chestnuts
2 sm. or 1 med. can sliced black olives
1 green pepper
6 green onions with tops

Add to cooked rice and add 4 1/2 ounce shrimp and 1 package slivered almonds (optional).

DRESSING:

Reserved artichoke liquid
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder

Mix all together and chill overnight. Serves 12.
