BABY CARROT BARS 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
3 jars baby food carrots
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat eggs and sugar. Add other ingredients. Pour into lightly greased 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

4 tbsp. butter, softened
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until smooth. Spread on cooled bars.
