1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
16 oz. Cool Whip
5 lg. Butterfinger bars

Prepare brownie mix according to package directions, adding chopped nuts. Prepare pudding mix according to package directions. Cool brownies and then break into small pieces. Layer in bowl with chocolate pudding, Cool Whip and crushed Butterfinger. Refrigerate.
