DIANA'S CRISPY PASTA BAKE 
1 pkg. Cappelini Pasta (Angelhair)
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 pkg. grated cheddar cheese
2 sm. jars pimentos
1 lg. jar sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil

Saute onion and garlic in butter and olive oil. Add pimentos and mushrooms. Then add tomato sauce and grated cheddar cheese. Simmer 1/2 hour. While simmering, prepare pasta (boil until soft). Add pasta to sauce, mix well. Pour into buttered baking dish. Place some butter pats on top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until top becomes crispy.
