BEEF TERIYAKI | |
1 lb. beef chuck strips 1 lg. onion 1 clove garlic 1 tbsp. oil 3/4 tsp. ginger 1 c. red and green pepper strips 2 c. bouillon 3 tbsp. soy sauce 1 1/2 c. minute rice Brown beef, onion, and garlic in oil. Add ginger, pepper strips, bouillon, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice, cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings. |
