CLASSIC EGG & HAM STRATA 
18 slices white bread
12 oz. med. cheddar, grated
10 oz. broccoli, cooked & drained
2 c. diced ham
6 eggs, slightly beaten
3 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Trim crusts from bread. Cut slices in half to form triangles. Arrange 9 triangles and crust trimmings on bottom of 9"x12" pan. Alternate layers of broccoli, cheese and ham. Arrange 9 triangles on top.

Combine eggs, milk, onion, salt, dry mustard, pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 55 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Serves 12.
