8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
2 oz. whipped cream
20 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies

Mix in 1 bowl with mixer until softened cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar. In a second bowl mix vanilla pudding, milk, whipped cream with a spoon. Crush in blender the Oreo cookies. Put a layer (1/3) of cookie crumbs in flower pot, half the pudding mix, another layer of cookie crumbs and the remaining pudding mixture. Top with remaining crumbs. Place flowers (stems wrapped in foil) in center of pot. Arrange gummy worms around the top.
