1 lg. pkg. (1 1/4 lb.) Oreo cookies

Crumble in food processor and set aside. 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar

Cream together and set aside. 3 1/2 c. milk

Mix together and add 12 ounce carton of Cool Whip. Add cream cheese mixture.

Put small lid from Cool Whip in bottom of an 8 inch flower pot. Line pot with aluminum foil.
