SWEDISH HEIRLOOM COOKIES 
1 c. soft butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. diced nuts
2 c. flour

Combine all and mix at lowest speed until dough foams and becomes lighter in color. Shape into balls or crescents, using a rounded teaspoon for each. Place on ungreased sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Do not brown. Roll warm cookies in sugar.
