BAKED FRUIT 
1 (1 lb.) can sliced pineapple
1 (1 lb.) can pear halves
1 (1 lb.) can peach halves
1 (1 lb.) can apricot halves
1 jar spiced apple rings or 1 sm. bottle maraschino cherries
1 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. Taylor Golden Sherry wine

Drain fruit thoroughly; melt butter. Add flour, brown sugar and sherry. Stir until thick (about 5 minutes). Arrange drained fruit in two quart casserole. Pour sauce over fruit. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can be prepared the day before, refrigerated, then heated for 30 to 45 minutes. Good with chicken or ham.
