CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Blend all ingredients together, adding eggs one at a time. Pour into cupcake pans lined with paper cups, the smaller the better. Fill 3/4 full. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. 36 servings. Top cupcakes with topping mixture. Add a spot of jam or marmalade. Cook 5-10 minutes more.

To make topping: Combine topping ingredients.
