CRANBERRY ORANGE JELLY 
8 c. cranberries (fresh or frozen)
3 1/2 c. orange juice
5 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated orange rind (optional)

Cook cranberries in orange juice until very soft. Cool. Put through food mill. Return to large pan and add sugar. Bring to boil, stirring often. Cook until it jells on cold saucer. Pour into large mold or into individual glass jars or freezer containers.
