ANNE'S CAKE 
2 pkgs. lady fingers
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple
1 pt. whipped cream
1 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. granulated sugar

TOPPING:

1 can of Lucky Leaf pie filling

1. Line spring form pan with lady fingers (using half of the lady fingers).

2. In medium size bowl soften cream cheese and add 1/4 cup granulated sugar and drained pineapple. Mix well.

3. In another bowl whip cream and add confectioners' sugar.

4. Blend cheese and cream together and pour half into pan.

5. Put remaining lady fingers over top.

6. Add rest of filling.

7. Pour pie filling over the top.

This is such a beautiful looking and delicious cake for a large gathering and it's easy and doesn't need any baking. Enjoy! (I always do).
