CABBAGE AU GRATIN | |
1 1/2 lb. cabbage 2 tbsp. butter 6 tbsp. flour 2 c. milk 1/4 lb. grated cheese Cut cabbage and cook in salted water. Make a whit sauce with a butter, flour and milk. Fill a greased baking dish with alternate layers of cabbage and white sauce. Cover top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
