CABBAGE AU GRATIN 
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. grated American cheese
1 c. cracker crumbs, buttered

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Cook cabbage in boiling water, salted, 3 minutes. Drain. Place in baking dish. Blend soup, milk and cheese, heat until cheese melts. Pour over cabbage. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until hot.
