3 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 1 c. flour 1/4 c. cold water 1/2 tsp. cardamom Beat eggs and sugar on high speed until fluffy. Add cardamom. Add cool melted butter, water and flour. Pour 1 tablespoon batter onto hot Krumkaker iron (available in gourmet food stores) and heat on both sides until golden brown. Roll hot pastry into cone shape. Serve filled with whipped cream. Yield 2 dozen. |
