CHICKEN BREAST PATE PARTY DIP 
Great party dip!!! Great way to use leftover roasted chicken!

1 leftover cooked chicken breast
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
1/2 cottage cheese
2 tbsp. pickle juice, more or less to taste (I prefer Bread & Butter)
paprika, salt and pepper as desired

Bone and skin chicken breast, mince in food processor Add cottage cheese and mayonnaise, mince some more. Add paprika, salt and pepper to taste and mince one more time. You might add more pickle juice to get desired consistency.
